We will provide a detailed written site-survey of your property.  Our site survey will describe every recommended camera, its location and a photo of the actual field of view. We will ensure that you will know exactly what your security system will cover before you invest a single dollar. All of our site surveys include dimension, camera mounting location and photos of the cameras expected field of view. Our security surveys include video camera specifications, monitor and recorder equipment placement and a no-obligation project quotation.

After a quote is agreed upon an Installation date will be scheduled and a required 50% deposit invoiced.

On your scheduled day our Halo Camera install team will begin the installation process. A typical installation will look like the following (can vary depending on the project requirements):

• Running cable and power
• Security camera installation and routing
• Configuration of the system and network
• Recording device setup (DVR or NVR)
• Video recording configuration (motion detection and notification setup)
• Personnel training and orientation

The customer confirms the camera placement and recording schedule meets their objective.

The final stage of the installation process. We will teach you and/or any designated person, on how to use our system, how to search and backup footage, and how to access your security cameras remotely.
